Risk Disclosure
Trading leveraged products involves substantial risk.
Forex, CFDs and other leveraged products are complex speculative financial products. They are not suitable for every investor and may result in partial or total loss of funds.
Do not trade Forex, CFDs or any leveraged product unless you fully understand how the product works, the risk of loss, the impact of leverage, margin requirements, fees, swaps, execution risks, and the laws that apply in your country of residence.
No Guarantee of Profit
Trading is not a guaranteed income opportunity. No website, broker, platform, account type, signal, chart pattern, strategy, robot, expert advisor, educational content or market commentary can guarantee profits or prevent losses. Past performance, back-tested results and demo performance do not indicate future results.
Market and Price Risk
Forex, metals, indices, energy and stock CFD prices can move rapidly and unpredictably. Prices may be affected by interest rates, inflation, employment data, central bank decisions, geopolitical events, earnings announcements, supply-demand changes, liquidity conditions and unexpected news.
Leverage Risk
Leverage allows a client to control a larger notional position with a smaller amount of margin. This can magnify both gains and losses. A small price movement may have a large impact on account equity and can lead to rapid loss of capital.
Margin, Margin Call and Stop-Out Risk
Clients must monitor margin level, free margin, equity, used margin and open positions. If margin requirements are not maintained, positions may be closed automatically. Margin call and stop-out levels do not guarantee that losses will be limited to a preferred amount.
Volatility, Gapping and Liquidity Risk
During fast markets, low liquidity, market open/close, rollover periods, holidays, weekends or major announcements, prices may gap, spreads may widen, orders may be rejected, delayed or filled at a different price. Some markets may become temporarily unavailable.
Execution and Slippage Risk
Market orders, stop orders, stop-loss orders and take-profit orders are not guaranteed to execute at the exact requested price. Slippage can be positive or negative. Execution quality may vary due to liquidity, latency, volatility, order size, platform connection and market conditions.
Spread, Commission, Swap and Cost Risk
Trading costs may include spreads, commissions, swaps, rollover charges, conversion costs, inactivity fees, funding or withdrawal costs and other account charges. Costs may reduce account equity and can be higher during volatile or illiquid conditions.
CFD Product Risk
Contracts for Difference are derivative products. Clients do not own the underlying currency, share, index, metal, commodity or asset. CFD prices may differ from exchange-traded or underlying market prices due to spreads, liquidity, provider pricing and contract specifications.
Forex-Specific Risk
Currency trading is affected by interest-rate expectations, central bank policy, economic data, political events, capital flows and global risk sentiment. Currency pairs can move sharply, including outside normal local business hours.
Metals, Energy, Indices and Stock CFD Risk
Gold, silver, oil, gas, index and stock CFDs can be affected by commodity inventories, supply shocks, earnings, dividends, corporate actions, session gaps, futures rollovers and sector-specific news. Stock CFDs may also be affected by splits, rights issues and other corporate events.
Demo Account Risk
A demo account uses virtual funds and may not reflect the emotional, liquidity, execution, slippage, pricing or account-pressure conditions of live trading. Demo results should not be treated as evidence that a live account will perform the same way.
Technology and Platform Risk
Internet failure, device issues, browser errors, mobile network problems, platform downtime, server delays, quote delays, cybersecurity events, third-party service failures or power outages may affect the ability to access an account, place orders, modify orders or close positions.
Account Security Risk
Clients are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, using strong passwords, protecting devices and monitoring account activity. Unauthorized access, phishing, malware or shared credentials can result in account misuse or loss.
Regulatory and Jurisdiction Risk
Product availability, leverage limits, account access, promotions, funding methods and legal obligations may differ by country. Services must not be used where they are prohibited by local law. Users are responsible for understanding whether trading Forex or CFDs is permitted in their jurisdiction.
Restricted Regions and Eligibility
Services are subject to eligibility, KYC, AML checks, sanctions screening and account approval. UP Global Markets Ltd states that services are not provided to citizens or residents of certain restricted jurisdictions, including the United States, India, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, Russia and Iran.
KYC, AML and Source-of-Funds Risk
Account opening, deposits, withdrawals and continued account access may require identity verification, proof of address, source-of-funds information, sanctions checks and transaction monitoring. Accounts may be delayed, restricted, rejected or closed if requirements are not satisfied.
Tax, Legal and Reporting Risk
Trading may create tax, reporting, accounting or legal obligations in the user’s country. Users should obtain independent tax, legal and financial advice. This website does not provide tax, legal, investment or personal financial advice.
Communication and Information Risk
Market information, examples, quotes, education, analysis, platform screenshots and website content may be delayed, incomplete or subject to change. They are provided for general information only and should not be relied on as a personal recommendation.
Promotions and Bonus Risk
Any promotion, bonus or campaign is subject to specific terms, eligibility criteria, expiry rules and withdrawal conditions. A bonus is not a guarantee of profit and should not be treated as protection against trading losses.
Advertising and Approval Notice
Forex and CFD advertising may be restricted by search engines, advertising networks, local laws and financial regulators. Ads may require advertiser verification, financial-services certification, local licensing checks, clear risk warnings and eligible target locations. This risk page supports transparency but does not guarantee advertising approval.
Independent Decision
Users should only trade after reading the Client Agreement, General Terms & Conditions, Key Facts Statement, Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, AML Policy and all relevant legal documents. If any risk is unclear, users should not trade until they have obtained independent professional advice.
